Abstract

Objectives: To assess the frequency and determinants of immunosuppressant medication use in systemic sclerosis and changes in prescribing patterns over time. Methods: The Australian Scleroderma Cohort Study participants meeting the American College of Rheumatology/European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology criteria for systemic sclerosis with recorded treatment data were included. The Chi-square, two-sample t-tests or Wilcoxon rank-sum tests were used for between-group comparison as appropriate.
